TIFFANY LEBLANC
Tiffany’s lived experiences have shaped a lifelong pursuit of new perspectives. Having spent time living across Europe in her early childhood cultivating an early sense of independence, Tiffany later worked in financial research, refining a disciplined, solution-oriented mindset before studying at the Boston Architectural College and founding LeBlanc Design in 2005.
Her non-linear path informs an intuitive practice that blends curiosity and pragmatism with a hands-on approach. With over two decades of experience, Tiffany serves as a decisive guide, helping clients articulate who they are and how they want to live through space that feels confident, considered, and at times unexpected. Her goal is to translate ideas, stories, and idiosyncrasies into homes that do more than reflect the people within—they bring clients closer to what they were searching for.
ISABELLE YABE
Isabelle’s creative path was set early. Raised by artist parents, she grew up with an intuitive understanding of making, space, and material. She studied Architectural Design at the Massachusetts College of Art and Design, where a foundation in structure and spatial thinking shaped her approach before leading her to interiors—and to LeBlanc Design, where she has worked alongside Tiffany since 2019.
As Design Lead, Isabelle collaborates closely with Tiffany, managing projects from concept through completion while mentoring and guiding the design team to foster collaboration and excellence at every stage. Influenced by Japanese craft, New England tradition, and extensive travel, her work balances practicality with curiosity, grounded solutions with moments of surprise.
